A TADC AU by 1-wonder-1 where the cast aren't running a circus but stuck in a VR hospital simulation originally built for sick kids. The AI in charge, Dr. Abel, only goes by the patient files and won't let anyone out. Everyone gets a medical diagnosis, and it leans more hurt/comfort than horror.
